Digital products & Services

We do not issue refunds for digital products once the order is confirmed and the product/service is sent & Used. However we can entertain a refund if the service does not work after installation and the same will be processed in 30 days from the written request and is subject to approval from our management.

You can cancel an order before its delivered and we will happily process the refund minus the admin charges (depending on the product)
